Es un hotel relativamente grande, considerando que es un pueblo pequeño. Me tocó una habitación regular, la camada me pareció cómoda, pero de repente fallaba el agua caliente o en dos momentos se fue el agua del lavamanos. En algunos hoteles suelen poner agua para beber y sí, pusieron, pero era una botella pequeña como de 200 mililitros y éramos dos personas. Me pareció que también que la habitación tenía poca iluminación, por lo menos la que a mi me tocó, que era una en la planta baja al pie de la zona del estacionamiento. El WiFi a mi no me funcionó bien, es red abierta. Algo muy bueno es el desayuno, es casi lo mismo todos los días, pero se agradece que la comida tiene un sazón casero, las porciones son suficientes, igual hay pan que es de panadería local. Me.tocó que ofrecieran ponche de frutas, atole de avena y café, ese desayuno me parece que es uno de los que podríamos considerar un desayuno típico mexicano (claro hay otros dependiendo la región). La gente que atiende me parece por lo general amable y te apoyan lo necesario.
Son tipo rústico, lo único malo que la regadera gotea y el agua sale hasta las camas o el cuarto. Pidan siempre que su control este para calefacción.
Hay calefacción en la habitación, el agua de la regadera esta calientita. Te dan una botellita de agua de cortesia. Hay transporte del hotel al centro gratuito en cierto horario, aprox cada 15 minutos (en lo que da la vuelta el transporte). El desayuno es americano (huevo, chilaquiles, café, pan y jugo artificial).
El hotel está bonito y relativamente céntrico. El servicio es bueno. El desayuno está rico. Lo único malo es que el Wifi no funcionaba, y el cuarto que yo tuve olía a coladera.
